Geniusly is an AI-powered platform that helps users generate content ideas, create monthly content strategies, analyze engagement metrics, and schedule/publish posts to social media accounts.

Note: Geniusly never auto-publishes content. Users always retain control over what is published. AI-generated content is provided only as suggestions.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
Ensuring all information you provide is accurate and up-to-date
All activity conducted under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misuse or breach of these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for illegal or abusive purposes
Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell Geniusly’s services
Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content
Interfere with the integrity or performance of our systems

6. Use of AI and Platform Data

Geniusly uses large language models (LLMs) and artificial intelligence systems to assist with content generation and strategy. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate or appropriate
You are responsible for reviewing all content before publication
Geniusly never publishes content on your behalf without explicit action

7. Intellectual Property

All platform features, content, and code are the property of Geniusly SAS or its licensors. You retain full ownership of any content you create or upload. You grant Geniusly a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display your content for the purpose of providing services.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Third-Party Services

Geniusly may integrate with third-party platforms. Use of those services is subject to their terms. Geniusly is not responsible for those third parties.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and error-free performance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geniusly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law and applicable EU regulations. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Strasbourg, France.
